Our brains are the one who handles all. It is the center nervous system that lets dictate everything we need to do.
Just like our body, brain also needs care. Even though it has been protected with our skull, if it has been damaged it maybe lead into mental problem. That‘s the reason why it also need some care. But the one who let us think, feel and act as we cope with life is done by the mental health. Aside from that it helps us to determine and to let us know how to handle stress, they make us how to relate others and make choices. Although it is hard to define mental health than mental illness, but if you have the ability to enjoy life, it means that you have the characteristic of mental health. It is where you forget the past and face the future. Forget everything bad happens in your life and start to make new tomorrow. Resilience is where the ability to bounce back from adversity. To balance life is a result to have a greater mental health. It is where you may able to handle everything difficult things that was happening to you. To be flexible and self actualization are just some important characteristic to have a mental health.
Mental health is the ability to form a healthy relationship with other people, and that’s more important to all.
