The tide of promotional products have always been subject to the whims of technology. Big corporations, with so much shareholder money at stake, have always been wont to make big splashes. This is why Cadillac buys commercial time during the Super Bowl, when 30-second spots can run in the millions of dollars - it's the biggest game in town. That's hardly the standard for all corporate advertising budgets, however, and with advances in production of promotional items, it just isn't necessary to go that far.
While we have not yet become a paperless society, most companies (as well as government bodies) have done all they can to move to "go digital". The Rolodex file has long since been replaced by Microsoft Office, just as the slide rule was replaced by the calculator. With so much of our work lives - and personal lives for that matter - have been relegated to sitting in front of a computer monitor, it makes sense that today's promotional products would have a technological bent.
It started out with mouse pads, because every desk had to have one sitting on top of it; why not have that mouse pad wear a logo on its face? Much farther along down that slippery slope, we find ourselves stepping over all sorts of digital enticements, from free DVDs to promotional flash drives. The latter is the latest stroke of marketing genius, since flash drives are one of the most popular devices for storing and transporting valuable data - at around $3 apiece, they also fit into advertising budgets of any size.
There are dozens of styles to choose from - not merely something attached to a keychain or a lanyard. Pharmaceutical reps can give out flash drives in the shape of a pill. Cutlery salesmen can drop off complimentary 1GB pocket knives. There are flash drives that double as LED flashlights, and of course, there are flash drives that you can write with. All can be festooned with your corporate logo, and being so wonderfully utilitarian, you can be assured that they will remain in the hands of those to whom they were so tastefully given.

If you want to become a better poker player and win bigger pots you must learn to spot the different styles that you will encounter in poker. Sadly you can’t ready people when you play online poker games so it’s important to learn more about personality styles before you play.
There are two different types of aggressive play in poker.
Tight Aggressive - These players have very few hands. When they do play a hand they are usually very aggressive and bet, raise and check bet. Most aggressive players will only play 20% of the hands that they get. Many of the long term, successful poker player are tight aggressive players and should be watched with caution.
Loose Aggressive - The funniest players at the table are Loose Aggressive players because they often bet and raise without any concern about the cards that they have. Loose aggressive players win a lot of blinds, antes and steal many pots but ultimately their way of play is unprofitable and they can be beat.
Tight Passive - Your average tight passive player has a lot of patience and isn’t very aggressive. These players are often hard to get moving but they do make money if they pick their game well. Tight Passive players will make money in the game from lose passive players but their style can be used against them by players who have taken the time to recognize their tells. If you find yourself to be a tight passive player you should be more aggressive on your hands because you’re only going to lose more money than you will win by being a Tight Passive.
Loose Passive - The most common fish at the table are Loose Passive players because they tend to play too many hands or just check and call. Many people have said that playing against a Loose Passive player is a poker players dream because they ultimately will bleed money almost every hand.

No two people are alike when it comes to the ways in which they prefer to spend their precious leisure time, as vacations don't come around often enough. It may well suit some folks to spend a long holiday weekend flipping burgers on the grill in the backyard next to the above-ground pool, or to spend time at a campground swatting mosquitoes and roasting marshmallows over a smoky fire; to others that is a veritable description of Hell itself.
That same dichotomy can be found with regard to European vacation tours. Going to Europe involves a lot of planning and doing. The flights are long, the amount of luggage required is tremendous, and the price tag can seem prohibitive. In that vein, it makes sense to a lot of travelers to get as much - not as little - of an Old World adventure as they can when they go to the trouble and expense to make such an arduous journey. The 18-day Contiki European Encounter Tour fits that bill perfectly.
Whether it is a couple on a romantic getaway together or single travelers looking for a good time, both the summer and winter schedules put them in the best possible places, such as Parisian cabaret shows, or on the French Riviera. Contiki makes sure that a good time will be had by all, from serene bicycle tours through the Dutch countryside to the ghostly spectacle of Innsbruck's castles. The experiences that can be had in Paris alone would satisfy most tourists, from the Eiffel Tower to the Cathedral at Notre Dame.
Whether one enjoys the excitement of white-water rafting, the opulent wonder of the Vatican, or the historic ruins of ancient Rome, the Encounter Tour leaves nothing behind. With Encounter Tour prices staying between $2000 and $2700 per person (depending on the season), the discerning vacationer will consider it to be a wise expenditure of both time and money.
There is certainly no shortage of real estate for Rental Properties in Tucson Arizona. Prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for. Cost of living is better than tolerable. And as long as you don’t mind the desert, as opposed to say, hot and humid Miami; you should be fine.
The price tags on the whole in Tucson Arizona made me want to call the moving van and pack my bags. Whatever housing crunch is on in the rest of the world, it does not seem to have affected the deals on houses in Tucson. If shelling out a huge down payment and dealing with the mortgage is too much for you to think about, there are homes listed as rent to own. So of course, I had to check them out. There was a 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom rent to own for $150,000; it had a 6 person spa and a little bit of land to play with. Very nice.
House and apartment rental rates in Tucson are so reasonable, they need a new word for reasonable. Just for fun I initiated a search for a 3 bedroom 2 bath rental (pet-friendly with pool). I also discarded gated communities and senior housing. First up was a condo for $795 a month which allowed pets, included a fireplace, community pool and more. Between you and me, a condo is as close as I ever want to get to apartment living. I enjoy my privacy and don’t like to feel cooped up. On the complete flip side of this, was the most expensive rental (in keeping with my qualifications) at $1195 a month. That’s nothing for 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. And the place was beautiful.
The more I look into Tucson property management, the hard time I have trying to figure out why I haven’t moved away from the frozen tundra to Tucson sooner.
